Simply move the decimal place back 5 spaces or divide by 100000:

6.3 * 10^-5 is written in scientific notation, writing it in standard notation, it would be 0.000063.
Since the exponent of the scientific notation is -5, we have to move the decimal point 5 places to the left to get this answer.
