I'll assume that you're talking about the kitchen appliance ...
a microwave oven .

The input energy is electrical energy, from the wall outlet.

The output energy is an intense beam of radio waves at 2.6 GHz
and several hundred watts.

The output energy is NOT heat !  You can run the microwave oven
for as long as you want to, and then if you open the door and stick
your hand inside, the inside will still be cool.
