2^6 * 2^(-4) / 2^7

= 2^6 * ( 1 / 2^4 ) * ( 1 / 2^7 )

= 2^6 * ( 1 / 2^11 )

= 2^(6-11)

= 2^(-5)

= 1 / 2^5

= 1 / 32

the answer is 1 / 32
