A TV has a height:width in a ratio 9:16 In a scale drawing the height is 4.5 cm. What would the width be?

Let, the width = x
It would be: 9/16 = 4.5/x

x = 4.5/9 * 16
x = 16/2
x = 8

So, your final answer & width would be 8 cm
