If the x intercepts of f(x) is -5 and 3 that means the factors are (x+5) and (x-3)

So the equation would be: y=x^2 + 2x - 15

With this, you will get f(x+2) by substituting x+2 into all of the x's

Now you just need to simplify.
Hope this help's :)
