By using a system of rules (laws) that are ensured are being followed by police, people who violate the rules will be sent to a Judicial hearing and will be given a sentence depending on the severity of the crime. This is finally fulfilled usually by Prison time, Community Service, or in more extreme cases, The Death Sentence.

The cycle continues as more and more people are born and more and more criminal offenses are committed.
