he plans to reunite with daisy by asking Tom, Daisy’s cousin, to invite Daisy over for tea, to which Gatsby will show up “unannounced” and see daisy for the first time in five years, reunited her. He hopes that he will be able to woo Daisy with all of his materialistic things, his money and house and parties, to steal her from Mr. Buchanan.
