That is false because is percentage is basically x/100, so W:Z is 25/100. Thus, Z:W is 100:25

It would be false for sure because 25% or .25 will be considered with 100 100/.25 and so not forget to put in simplest form so it will be 4 / .1 and that does not equal to 75/25 Hoped that helped !!!!
