I would guess that your question is to find the lines of intersection.
Before you look at the image. You have to realize what our equation is telling us.

The equation for lines is y=mx+b
M is slope
B is y intercept.

For line 1. We can tell that our slope is 2/3 and that our y intercept is 3. For line 2, we can identify our slope and 2/3 and our y-intercept as -8.

In the image below, we can see that our lines never intersect, therefore, there is no solution to these lines
