There is a little dropdown thing when you create a question that says "5 points" just click that and you will see a range of points that you can give for your answer. Also, if two people answer you can mark a person's answer as "the brainliest answer" which is what i ask you give me if another person answers.
By asking a question and then at the bottom where it says 10 move it up
