The answer would be 128.

First you would do 4(20) + 4(12) when you solve that you will get 128

4*20 = 80 + 4(12) or 48

Next you would do (4-3) which is 1

After simplifying both sides, the problem would then be 128 divided by 1 and you would get 128 as your answer
