The 2 small lines that cross through the sides of the triangle mean that the 2 sides are the same length.

Because the sides are the same length the 2 angles at the bottom of the triangle would also be the same, since one is given as 56 degrees, the other bottom angle is also 56 degrees.
 The 3 inside angles need to equal 180 degrees, so X would equal 180 - 56 - 56.

180 - 56 - 56 = 68 

The answer is 68 degrees.
