In 24 hour time format, afternoon time 1300 is 1pm, 1400 is 2pm, and in general we have to subtract 1200 to make the pm times traditional.

2250 - 1200 = 1050, ten to eleven.

the answer is 10:50. after 12 noon keep counting up till u get to 22 on your fingers . you will get ten . that makes the time 10:50
