I believe the correct answer is: True.

The concentration of mercury in tropical fish is mostly in their liver, kidney and muscle, but there is the difference in level of concentration. Mercury levels of concentration have been shown to increase with size and age of the ingested fish, and within the species that occupy higher trophic levels.
